PLATFORM STATUS

Information website — not a licensed trading venue

QFS GOLDEN’s website presents project, technology and ecosystem information. Unless and until expressly stated with verifiable licensing details, neither this website nor its operator should be understood as:

a securities exchange, crypto-asset exchange or broker;
a custodian, bank, payment institution or investment manager;
an issuer conducting a public offer in a jurisdiction where approval is required;
a provider of financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice; or
a guarantee that any proposed RV-GCR, asset-backing, tokenization, liquidity or real-economy programme will occur.

Any future regulated feature must remain unavailable until the responsible entity has completed the required legal, licensing, AML/KYC, custody, disclosure, security and consumer-protection work.

Use the information responsibly

Informational purpose. Content is general information and may be incomplete, provisional or updated without notice.
No offer or advice. Nothing is an offer, solicitation, prospectus, recommendation or instruction to buy, sell, hold or transfer any token or financial product.
Your responsibility. You must verify contract addresses, eligibility, taxes and legal restrictions independently, and obtain professional advice where appropriate.
Jurisdiction. Do not access or use any token-related feature where doing so would be unlawful. Features may be restricted, delayed or discontinued by location.
External services. BscScan, GeckoTerminal, wallets, networks and linked sites are independent third parties. Their data, availability and security are not controlled by QFS GOLDEN.
No reliance on projections. Roadmaps, frameworks and RV-GCR references are forward-looking concepts, not commitments or verified future events.
Prohibited conduct. You may not misuse the website for fraud, impersonation, market manipulation, unlawful fundraising, sanctions evasion, money laundering, malware or infringement.
No warranty. The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is given regarding accuracy, fitness, uninterrupted access or third-party data.

Laws, classifications, licensing rules, tax treatment and enforcement can change and may restrict access, transfer or use.

Counterparty

Third-party exchanges, liquidity pools, custodians, bridges and service providers may fail, freeze assets or become insolvent.

Asset references

References to gold, historical assets, NFTs or real-world projects do not by themselves establish ownership, redemption rights, valuation or legally enforceable backing.

No guaranteed outcome

No price, return, reward, listing, audit, partnership, licence, RV-GCR event or project delivery is guaranteed.

PRIVACY NOTICE

Minimal data by design

This public website does not presently provide account registration, token purchases, custody or an embedded payment form. It stores only a language preference in your browser. Hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, request time and security logs to deliver and protect the website.

If you contact us by email, the information you choose to send is used to respond to your request and maintain necessary correspondence. Do not email private keys, seed phrases, passwords, identity documents or confidential asset records unless a separately verified and lawful secure process has been established.

Linked third-party services apply their own privacy policies. QFS GOLDEN does not use the current website to set advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. If data practices materially change, this notice should be updated before the new processing begins.

VIETNAM REGULATORY NOTICE

Regulated activities require the proper licence and route

Vietnam’s pilot framework for the crypto-asset market operates under Resolution No. 05/2025/NQ-CP. The framework covers offering, issuance, trading-market organization and crypto-asset services, with licensed providers and controlled implementation. Official guidance also states that offering, issuance, trading and payment within the pilot are conducted in Vietnamese đồng, and domestic investors must use providers licensed by the Ministry of Finance where the rules require it.

Accordingly, this website does not represent that QFS GOLDEN is licensed in Vietnam to operate a crypto-asset trading market, custody business, brokerage, payment service or public offering. Any such activity must be separated from this informational website and launched only through a legally qualified entity after all approvals and disclosures.
